Latest News http://www.physioclinic.com.au We can order X-rays. X-rays relevant to Physio are bulk-billed by our local provider (in an adjacent building) but can be obtained from any clinic. We can't order  C-T scans but we can order MRI's from a number of providers. This service is not covered by the Medicare system so there is no rebate, and currently it costs over $400 for most scans. This cost has come down considerably over the last year or so and it may come down a little more. While it is still more expensive than getting the scan via a GP or specialist, whose referrlas attract a rebate, it is a very useful service for those who do not have the time to wait! (eg fly-in, fly-out workers!)
